great kit, has everything you need to make the plush and is useful for other projects beyond that. the instructions are very helpful, both in the booklet and in the qr-code-linked videos. i am completely new to crochet and was able to pick it up and make this project thanks to this kit. i definitely recommend it if you’re starting out, but having extra yarn beyond what’s included in the kit (the kit includes some plain white yarn to practice on) might help before tackling the project.

fantastic beginner kit. All the things you need to make at least 2 of the little octopus. It comes with instructions and a QR code for the follow along videos. I enjoyed making my first Amigurumi doll, I was never able to follow a pattern but this kit made it pretty easy for me to follow. Great value for the money, I ordered a second one.
