The packaging is adorable and know they put thought into the box. For the accessories that came with it the yarn is very thin and at first had to get used to it when I started the project. I would say change out that yarn for a better useable one because it was a pain. The instructions were good and understood the process and I was able to finish the project with ease. This is beginner friendly and you should have no problem completing this project.

This is a very cute crochet kit. I enjoyed making the little donuts. The skeins are tiny with the tan skein being the largest because it is used in 5 of the donuts and the brown being slightly larger than the other colors as it is a frosting and a cake based. I would estimate the yarn is a size 2. The instructions are clear and a QR code is given for step by step videos of the pattern if you are a visual learner. The yarn is really soft but it is a little prone to splitting. Also, the eyes are smaller than is pictured and I think it would be cuter with the correct sized eyes. There is a booklet included that teaches you how to crochet in case you are a complete beginner. This kit includes everything you need to make the adorably sweet donuts with some yarn left over (might be enough to make more donuts even)
