For the price, in my mind, they are a good deal. I would say 5 stars, but my wife says 3 stars, so we compromised on 4 stars -- you, of course, can make your own rating.
The pastel colors are nice -- not too dark, and not bright and glitzy -- as Goldilocks would say -- "Just Right!"
