Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with a product within 14 days of receipt, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for a product that meets your expectations.

Non-customized Goods
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Eligibility for Return/Exchange: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Information Required: Proof of purchase, order number, and photos of the product.
Customized Goods
- Please note that once production begins on a customized order after payment, we are unable to offer a refund.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photos. We will assist you as soon as possible.
- Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email YACRAFTS Customer Service at support@yacrafts.com with your proof of purchase, order number, product photos, and reason for the return. YACRAFTS will respond within 12 hours.
Step 2: Ship the Product Back
After receiving return approval from YACRAFTS, you must ship the product back within 3 business days. YACRAFTS will email you a return label including the return address. Furthermore, after shipping the product, please send the logistics tracking information to support@yacrafts.com.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund for more than 10 business days after your return is approved, please contact us at support@yacrafts.com.
Please Note: Typically, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, YACRAFTS will cover the shipping fee.
YACRAFTS will cover the shipping fee under the following circumstances:
- Product damage or wear caused by rough handling during transit.
- YACRAFTS shipped the wrong product, or the product does not match your order.
- YACRAFTS provided incorrect logistics information, resulting in a delivery failure.
If YACRAFTS covers the shipping fee, the payment will be made via PayPal. You will need to provide proof of payment or a receipt for the shipping cost to confirm the amount. YACRAFTS will communicate the above information via email.
If there are any other costs besides shipping, YACRAFTS will cover them, but you must send all payment proofs for the return or exchange to YACRAFTS’s customer service email. YACRAFTS will reply within 12 hours of receiving your email. If YACRAFTS agrees to cover these costs, payment is usually made to you via PayPal within 5 business days.
